Packers on the Rise, Vickings on the fall?

So with this win the Packers do some obvious domination (ok against the browns). Although penalties hurt us a little bit in the beginning and some at the end, they cleaned it up a lot. The O-line played AMAZING, allowing no sacks and had no penalties! Always a good sign, and the Defense played good as well holding the Browns to 3. Even with the defensive penalties they were able to recover. And with Ahman Green looking good and Tauscher getting healthy, this Packers Vikings game is going to be very interesting. Especially with a weaker viking backfield with Winfield out.

Favre also didn't play his greatest ball today. He overthrew a screen and lost them the game. Now I won't preach that this is the beginning of the end, but it's no secret Favre's play fell down a whole lot after the bye week. With a few good games (but not great) scattered around. Could this be the beginning of his fall with the Vikings? He's an old guy and to play reliably could be difficult. Although he has Adrian Peterson as a crutch to fall on, a good QB is necessary to get to win the division much less win the playoffs. This week they lost to a struggling Steelers team trying to get comeback after a Super Bowl W. With a struggling Lions, and an even worse situation in Chicago the momentum in the NFC north may very well be shifting to the Green Bay Packers.
